Christian's Birthday

Christian turned 7 this year. We were in Utah for his birthday so he was able to have a big family birthday party. He is such a sweet boy. He brings smiles to my face each and everyday. Some of his favorites are, movie- Atlantis, food- pizza, color- red and blue, school subject- science, and his favorite time of year- Summer. Ross and I love him so much and are so proud to have him as a son.

Lagoon

My Mom, Dad, Nana, Great Grammpy, the Boys and I went to Lagoon and had a blast. We all went on the Rattle Snake Rapids and got soaked it was a lot of fun, even if it took some time to dry out afterwards. Most of the pictures are of Rhys cause that is who I was following around while the older boys went on bigger rides.

Color Me Mine

Nana took Gavin and Christian to Color Me Mine on a Nana date and Misty and I tagged along. Christian, Nana and I made bowls, Gavin and Misty made hot chocolate mugs. My mom met us there and took Rhys out to dinner and spent some time with him since I knew he would not last but 5 min before he go real bored. It was a lot of fun to sit down and paint our pieces and just chat. Thanks Nana!

Cascade Springs

We went hiking in Cascade Springs with some great friends of ours,and it was great to be up in the beautiful mountains. We sure do miss the mountains!!

Bear Lake

Our first stop as we got to Utah was camping for the weekend with my parents at Bear Lake. The boys were so excited to get there. Gavin's favorite thing to do was to be on the boat and ride in the tube, Christian's favorite thing was the little raft with plastic shovels for paddles and finding shells, and Rhys' was playing in the sand and eating chips. When Rhys went on the boat he didn't like it but it eventually put him asleep. We buried my dad in the sand which he was brave to let the boys do that. I think he got sand in his mouth and ears from the boys, what a great Grammpy! Since Grammpy was buried in the sand Rhys wanted to be also, which I was surprised that he wanted to I didn't think he would like it but he just laid there and let us do it. The boys had so much fun being at the lake and in the sun.
We had a great weekend!!

Drive to Utah

The boys and I drove for two days to get to Utah. Our trip began with me asking Gavin to hook up the DVD and when he did it didn't work so we had no movies. YIKES! The first day was pretty good we played a lot of lets see who can spot the first ____. But by the second day that game was getting old and we were all getting sick of being in the car so fighting and arguing started. So to keep them entertained Gavin and Christian took turns taking pictures and they were quite interesting pictures.
